Referrals: We will subtract $25 per referral, someone who has not competed at a Gem Girls beauty pageant before.

Early Bird: If Application and Deposit are received by November 1st you will receive all 5 overalls for free.

Application/Deposit due by November 30th. You may enter between December 1st and 5th with a $25 late fee. Final Deadline December 5th. No Door Entries, No Exceptions!

Deposits are non-refundable unless the director/staff cancels the pageant. If you send a deposit and are unable to make it you will receive credit towards a future Gem Girls Pageant. Absolutely No Checks Accepted After November 30th! You will be charged our bank fee for returned checks.

The Directors and Staff of Gem Girls Pageants, or its host hotel will in no way be held responsible for accidents, or injuries incurred during or while in transport to or from the pageant. I understand that the judge’s decisions are final and paying of said fees and signing this form constitutes acceptance of those decisions. Any and all photos or videos of contestants may be used by Gem Girls Beauty Pageants for advertising and promotional materials.
