Events:
Beauty: Contestants Compete in their formal attire. Girls: Pageant dress or Sunday best, Boys: Suit or Tux
Christmas Wear: Contestants compete in their favorite Christmas outfit, this can be anything from a nice Christmas dress/suit to a Christmas costume, be creative!
Casual Wear: Contestants compete in a nice runway outfit. This can be off the rack or custom made. No pro-am
Natural Photogenic: Any natural photo, no touchups, makeup is allowed
Pageant Photogenic: Any Glitz, retouched pageant photo
Portfolio: A collection of 6-12 photos, different poses and outfits. No more than 12 photos please.
Talent: 3 minute time limit, No dangerous acts with fire, etc. Hand in your music on CD labeled with contestants name, number and track number. (tapes will be allowed but not recommended) Contestant will be allowed up to 2 talents total. Highest talent score will be used.

1 - Ultimate Grand Supreme: $500 Savings Bond, Crown, Robe, Satin Monogrammed Sash, Scepter and Gift (Highest Combined Score of Beauty and 3 Optionals)
3 - Grand Supreme: (0-4, 5-9, 10+) $250 Savings Bond, Crown, Satin Monogrammed Sash, Scepter and Gift (Highest Combined Score of Beauty and 3 Optionals Ultimate Grand Bumped Out)
1 - Boys Grand Supreme: $250 Savings Bond, King Crown, Satin Monogrammed Sash, Scepter and Gift (Highest Combined Score of Beauty and 3 Optionals Must Have 7 Boys To Award This)

1 - Directors Choice: Crown, Satin Monogrammed Sash and Gift (Chosen by the director and staff - Sportsmanship, friendliness, an all around good person, someone we would love to have representing our system)
11 Beauty Queens/Kings: Crown, Satin Monogrammed Sash and Gift (Ultimate Grand, Grand and Overall Most Beautiful bumped out)
5 Side Awards: Winners per age division receive a ribbon. (Eyes, Smile, Hair, Attire and Personality)
Ultimate Grand Supreme and 3 Grand Supreme are bumped from winning Grand Supreme, Overalls, Beauty and Division Events. They can however win division side awards.
Overall Winners can not win that event in their age division IE Overall Photogenic can not win photogenic in their age division; Overall Most Beautiful can not win Beauty in their age division etc.

Referrals: We will subtract $25 per referral, someone who has not
competed at a Gem Girls beauty pageant before.
Early Bird: If Application and Deposit are received by November 1st you will receive all 5 overalls for free.
Application/Deposit due by December 5th. No Door Entries, No Exceptions!
Absolutely no checks will be accepted after November 30th. You will be charged our bank fee for returned checks.
Rules
1. Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated.
2. Contestant must compete in age group as of day of pageant w/30 Day Grace. The director/staff may request proof of date of birth at any time, please come to the pageant with a proof of age.
3. Deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel, please notify us before the day of the pageant and your credit will be moved to the next Gem Girls pageant. Failure to notify will result in loss of deposit.
4. Gem Girls Pageants and staff are not responsible for any damage, theft or injury during the competition weekend.
5. Judges decisions are final. Score sheets will be given out after crowning. The Master will be available for viewing.
6. Cash prizes are guaranteed. Bonds will be paid at cash value at the pageant

Any and all photos or videos of contestants may be used by Gem Girls Beauty Pageants for advertising and promotional materials.
