Rules

- Paypal Payments must be sent as "Service"
- Payments sent as goods will be returned
- Judges Decisions are final
- Judging is based on:
      1-25 Facial Beauty
      1-15 Overall Impression
- Photos will be posted within 48 hours of the deadline
- Winners will be announced within 5 days of photos being
   posted
- Once you have won supreme you may not reenter for 2
   months, upon reentry you must submit a different photo
- Cash prizes will be sent as soon as winners are announced
- Director reserves the right to add additional cash prizes
- Discounts won can not be combined, you may only use 1
  discount per month
